AIRE WELLNESS EVENT WAIVER

I, PURCHASED TICKET HOLDER, now acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions outlined in this Health Event Waiver ("Waiver") in consideration of my participation in the health and wellness event organized by AIRE Wellness ("Event").

  1. Health Status:

    • I represent that I am in good health and have no physical or mental condition that would prevent me from participating in the activities offered at the Event, including pilates, yoga, and the use of any gifted products.

    • I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional prior to participating in the Event if I have any concerns about my health or if I have any pre-existing medical conditions.


2. Assumption of Risk:

    • I understand that participation in the activities offered at the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, potential for injury, and emotional or psychological discomfort.

    • I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Event and release AIRE Wellness, its organizers, employees, presenters, and affiliates from any liability for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of my participation.


3. Safety Guidelines:

    • I agree to comply with all safety guidelines, instructions, and recommendations provided by AIRE Wellness and its representatives during the Event.

    • I understand that it is my responsibility to listen to my body, pace myself, and modify any activities as needed to ensure my safety and well-being.

4. Personal Belongings:

    • I understand that AIRE Wellness and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to my personal belongings during the Event.

    • I agree to take full responsibility for the security and safekeeping of my personal belongings.

5. Public Photography & Videography Release

    • Upon entrance to these premises, you hereby expressly grant to AIRE and their respective affiliates and assigns the right to photograph you and use your picture, silhouette, and other reproductions of your physical likeness (as the same may appear in any still camera photograph and/or motion picture film or video) at any venue on any day, including internet and world wide web. 

    • You expressly understand and agree that any such photograph, film, tape, or other recording of your physical likeness and all results and proceeds derived from the use of said photograph, film, tape, or other recordings therefrom shall be the sole and absolute property of AIRE for any an all purposes whatsoever in perpetuity.

    • You expressly understand and agree that AIRE shall have the unlimited right to copyright and publish exhibit, or use said physical likeness or any part thereof in any manner they desire.

6. Release of Liability:

    • I hereby release AIRE Wellness, its organizers, employees, presenters, and affiliates from any liability for any injuries, damages, or losses, whether caused by the negligence of AIRE Wellness or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Event.

    • This release of liability includes but is not limited to, any claims, demands, actions, causes of action, or expenses arising from personal injury, property damage, or any other loss or harm suffered by me during or as a result of the Event.

    • I assume full responsibility for my health and well-being during the Event and release AIRE Wellness, its organizers, employees, presenters, and affiliates from any liability associated with my participation.

I, PURCHASED TICKET HOLDER, acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to its contents.
